Since all our wigs are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds. Each wig is crafted specifically to your chosen specifications, including size, color, and style, making it impossible to resell the product once made.
However, we do offer exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Wig Shipped: If we accidentally ship the wrong wig, we will exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Color: If the wig we send you is not in the color you ordered, we will gladly exchange it for the correct color.
To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wig. The wig must be unused and in its original packaging. We will review the issue and arrange for the exchange promptly if it was our mistake.
Please note that exchanges are only offered if the mistake was on our end. We highly recommend double-checking your order details before confirming your purchase, as we cannot accept exchanges for customer errors (e.g., wrong size or style chosen).
